YiXue Zhi Neng Seminars

Zhi Neng Method – Qi Gong for Families and Children

Since 2005, YiXue Culture has offered family and children’s seminars in Germany, giving parents and children the chance to learn the Zhi Neng Method. Held regularly at the YiXue Education Center in Nossen since 2010, these seminars provide a safe space for health, balance, and personal growth.

The Zhi Neng Method combines traditional Qi Gong with modern education. With simple, practical exercises, it strengthens life energy (Qi), reduces stress, and promotes focus and inner calm. The method is especially supportive for children and those with special needs, as it gently enhances physical, emotional, and mental balance.

In schools, Zhi Neng not only improves vitality and concentration, but also strengthens social values like responsibility, empathy, and conflict resolution. Children learn mindfulness, self-reflection, and creative problem-solving – essential foundations for confidence and respectful interaction with others.

Zhi Neng contributes to a healthy, creative, and future-oriented approach to education, reaching across cultural and social boundaries.

YiXue Eduacation Program (YEP) Malta

Research Project: Zhi Neng Method in Schools and Families

The YiXue Educational Programme (YEP) was a two-year research project in Malta, completed in 2019. Its aim was to introduce and evaluate the Zhi Neng Method by Wei Ling Yi in schools and family education. The project was carried out in cooperation with the Maltese Ministry of Education, Maria Regina College, the YiXue Education Center Germany, the YiXue Malta Association, and the University of Malta.

The program was introduced step by step: first to students and teachers at Gharghur Primary School, then to parents, and later as teacher training. In total, 88 participants joined the training, showing strong interest in the method.

Scientific evaluation by the University of Malta confirmed clear benefits: children improved in emotional balance, focus, and social skills, especially those with learning difficulties. As a result, the program was expanded in Malta, focusing on parents and teacher training.

The YEP project demonstrates the international potential of YiXue Culture as a holistic and resource-oriented approach to education.

YiXue Elementary School – Beelitz

YiXue School – A New Quality of Education

In Potsdam-Mittelmark, a new free elementary school is being founded by the non-profit YiXue Education Center gGmbH. The school is built on the principles of YiXue Culture by Wei Ling Yi and includes the Zhi Neng Method as part of its daily practice.

YiXue has been developing holistic education models since 2010, focusing on health, awareness, and personal growth. The school responds to today’s challenges: performance pressure, teacher shortages, social exclusion, and the urgent need for change in education.

Our vision is a school that offers children security, inclusion, and freedom to grow – combining modern science with ancient wisdom. At its heart is a health-promoting learning environment for all children, regardless of background, religion, or life situation.

A distinctive feature is the practice of the Zhi Neng Method – a simple but powerful mindfulness practice already proven in schools in Malta. It fosters concentration, balance, creativity, and social skills. Children learn to act with empathy, clarity, and inner calm.

With this approach, YiXue School wants to contribute to a future-oriented and inspiring education, guiding children to become self-confident, responsible, and compassionate individuals.

YiXue Practice – Lotus Houses & Practice Groups

Across Germany and beyond, people meet in Lotus Houses – open spaces for learning, practice, and community. These activities are run by volunteers and are open to everyone, regardless of background, age, or experience.

In regular practice groups (donation-based), participants share Zhi Neng Qi Gong exercises and elements of YiXue Culture. The goal is simple: to strengthen health, find inner calm, and experience mindful community.

Lotus Houses offer a welcoming space for personal growth, cultural exchange, and holistic well-being.
